~ `,~ 13-204 Area Regulationso , (1) Front Yardo There shall be a front yard having a minimum depth o f twenty-five ( 2 5) f eet o (2) Side Yardo The minimum side yard shall be five (5) feet or ten per cent of the lot, whichever is greater; .however, lots les s than ~f if ty ( 5U ) f eet in width shall provide a ~~ minimum side yard of three (3) feet, except that on corner lots, the side yard on the side street side shall be a minimum of five (5) feet.
