tL':a Af' �:'':'� •�) <br />�"`+ •.''.�+��Y• Yam. � <br />March 16, 1978 <br />0 <br />Residents of Sylvan Beach, 1st Subdivision: <br />tecause of the importance of the Park Place Project to the'Johnsoris, <br />the neighborhood, and La Porte I am sending the Residents in the area <br />this letter with the hope that each of you will darefully consider all of <br />the aspects of 'Park Place before the decision is irrevocable. <br />The following is a summary (as brief as I have been able to make it) <br />of the major points raised as objections to Park Place and'our answers: <br />1) Q: What do we mean by '!Townhome ? " <br />A: An individually owned home that is the same <br />as any other home except two walls are built <br />on property lines and are designed to resist <br />fire for two hours. "(A recent fire in Houston <br />which gutted a Townhome left the two adjacent <br />Tow•nhomes ur_damaged by fire.) <br />2) Q: What will Park Place look like? <br />A: The Townhomes have not yet been designed, <br />However the Planning on the site has been <br />done and it dictates two things: <br />. r . <br />
