CONSIDER APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND FINAL PLAT <br />OF CREEKMONT, SECTION I - Motion was made for approval, <br />seconded, and passed. <br />6. CONSIDER APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND FINAL PLAT <br />OF FAIRMONT PARK WEST, SECTION IV - Stan Sherwood, City Parks <br />Director, at this point informed the Commission that no park <br />area or substitute per City Ordinance #705 had been estab- <br />lished. Due to the fact that the plat had approval from the <br />past Commission and needed reapproval because of title changes, <br />a motion was made for approval on these grounds. The motion <br />was seconded and passed. <br />7. CONSIDER APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF FAIRMONT PARK, <br />SECTION V - A motion was made for tabling this item due to <br />park land issue. The motion was seconded and passed. <br />B. CONSIDER APPROVING REQUEST FOR HOUSE MOVED TO 421 SOUTH <br />CARROLL, LOT 11 AND 12, BLOCK 48, BAYFRONT ADDITION - <br />Motion was made for approval, due to the fact the house has <br />already been moved. Motion was seconded and passed. <br />9. CONSIDER REQUEST OF M. D. ROSE TO REZONE LOTS 1 THROUGH <br />7 AND LOTS 16 THROUGH 26, SEABREEZE BtOCK OF BAYSHORE <br />ADDITION FROM RESIDENTIAL TO 'C' APARTMENT AND COMMERCIAL <br />FOR A MULTI -FAMILY 4-PLEX - It was established that eleven <br />of these 4-plexes are intended to be constructed in the <br />future. There was a request for a plat showing location of <br />proposed buildings. Due to the large number of locate <br />land owners present, a motion was made to table this appli- <br />cation for rezoning until a later date. The motion was <br />seconded and passed. <br />
