a <br />rA ..r <br />r' <br />4 <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />March 82 1979 <br />Members of the Planning and Zoning Commission Present; <br />Pat Muston, Chairman, Dale Wright., Lin Pfeiffer. <br />Members Absent: Walt Springall and Mose Davis. <br />Meeting called to order: 7:17 p.m. <br />1. Considered approving preliminary and final plat of the <br />west one-half of out lot 3, Nebraska Syndicate, Decker <br />McKim. Due to lack of city approval on utilities, commission <br />was forced to table issue. <br />2. Discussed request of St. Mary's Church for a variance to <br />allow a portable building to be used to operate a clothing <br />and furniture store at 816 Park Avenue, Motion was made to <br />grant variance with provision of 25' set back from property <br />line. Motion passed. <br />3. Discussed request of Gus Brieden for a variance for a court <br />yard for 239 Crescent View lot 16, Cresent View addition. <br />Tabled due to Gus Drieden absents. <br />4. Considered request for variance of set back lines for car <br />port at 422 South lst, street, block 11, lots 17, 181 & <br />19 La Porte, Motion to recommend a variance on set back <br />line to property line. Passed. <br />5. Meeting adjourned, <br />
