Utility company letters: Letters from <br />servicing utility companies approving the <br />easements shown on the plat for their use. <br />C. Private easement holders consent: A letter, <br />statement or instrument from the holder of <br />any privately owned easement or fee strip <br />within the subdivision boundaries approving <br />any crossings of said existing easement or <br />fee strip by proposed streets, utilities, or <br />easements shown on the plat. If an <br />instrument of record is submitted in lieu of • <br />such consent, the City Attorney shall <br />approve said substitution. <br />D. Other document,: See Appendix E. <br />1. FINAL PLATS: SUBMISSION <br />Five (5) copies of the final plat certified by <br />the owners, lienholders, and engineer or <br />surveyor, and one (1) copy of all required <br />documentation shall be submitted to the <br />department for review at least two (2) weeks <br />before the date at which the final plat is filed <br />with the Commission. <br />2.
