rb Elected by Commission e~ution of said <br />4 certificate. <br />4.07 REPLATTING RECORDED S.~BDIV~SI0,~1 ,SLATS <br />A replat or resubdivision of a recorded subdivision <br />plat, or a portion thereof, but without vacation of <br />the immediate previous plat, is hereby expressly <br />authorized to be recorded and shall be deemed valid <br />and controlling when: <br />1. it has been signed and acknowledged by only the <br />owners of the particular property which is being <br />replatted or resubdivided on the acknowledgement <br />shown in Enclosure 3 to Appendix E; <br />2. it does not attempt to alter, amend or remove any <br />covenants and restrictions; <br />3. there is compliance, when applicable, with <br />Subsections (c) and (d) of Section 5, Article <br />974a, V.T.C.S.; and <br />4. it has been approved by the Commission after <br />being prepared and filed as though it were an <br />original plat as specified in Section 4.04 of <br />this ordinance. <br />4.08 DEVELOPMENT SITE PLANS: GENERAL <br />The following sections of this ordinance outline <br />procedures for preparing and obtaining approval for <br />developments not defined herein as subdivisions. <br />Except as noted in Section 4.08(1) below, it shall be <br />a violation of this Ordinance for any person to <br />develop property within the City of La Porte without <br />
