Future Projections Of Streets: Where adjoining areas are not <br />developed, but may be developed, the arrangement of streets <br />in a new development shall make provisions for the proper <br />projection of streets into adjoining areas by carrying the <br />new streets to the boundaries of the new development at <br />appropriate locations. All such streets shall be designed <br />in accordance with Tables 5-1 and 5-2 and the City Public <br />Improvements Criteria Manual. <br />6. Partial or Half-Streets: Partial or half-streets may be <br />provided where the Commission feels tht a street should be <br />located on a property line. Inside the City limits, the <br />partial street may be dedicated, with a one-foot reserve <br />in fee along the property line. Outside the City limits, <br />• the following note shall be used on such partial streets: <br />"This foot strip is dedicated as an easement <br />for all utility purposes including storm and sanitary sewers <br />and shall automatically become dedicated for street purposes <br />when and insofar as a foot strip adjacent to it is <br />so dedicated." <br />""~ 7. Provisional one foot reserve to be used along the side or <br />end of streets that abut acreage tracts. The note shown in <br />Enclosure 11, Appendix E is to appear on the Final Plats <br />and Street Dedication Plats, where appropriate. <br /> <br />
