Prev ious rezon ings and sales by <br />the landowner have created a boundary condition of R-3 against N.C. on <br />three (3) sides. This situation may make it more difficult to attract <br />a quality R-3 project. <br /> <br />Staff does feel there is sufficient information to warrant <br />consideration for a change in zoning classification. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Approval of the request for Neighborhood Commercial (N.C.) zoning <br />on the 6.5279 acre tract. <br />
