He felt it <br />should be light industrial all the way down to Spencer at the <br />major intersection. <br /> <br />Janet Hahr Ii ch ga ve he r inpu t on what she fe 1 t from 26th <br />Street, a major thoroughfare coming up from the Bayport <br />Industrial area, that she feels it needs Industrial on both <br />sides, some type of business industrial on the west. She <br />indicated that she felt strongly and hoped that they were not <br />ignoring that. <br /> <br />After much discussion, Zoning Administrator David Paulissen <br />told the commission that one of the things talked about with <br />the planners is to hold the line at 26th Street because that <br />is the last O'rowth area of Residential. Staff recommends <br />o <br />that the Industrial stop at 26th Street. <br /> <br />Bobby Blackwell indicated that in his travel to and from <br />work, he .did not 'feel light industrial would please the <br />people living in Lomax area, but they wouldn't mind business <br />industrial. <br /> <br />Janet Wahrlich stated that as a land owner what she was <br />requesting was light industrial up to Sens Rd. <br /> <br />On the west side of 26th, Don Ford commented on his property <br />on the corner of P and Sens Rd., 274 on Sens, and 480 feet on <br />P Street, and the present says high density residential. <br />Probably the best thing for that corner is a little <br /> <br />EXH1B\T F <br />
