On the 22nd day of May, 1989, at 6:00 P.M., a <br /> <br />public hearing was held before the City Council of the City of La <br /> <br />Porte, pursuant to due notice, to consider the question of the <br /> <br />possible classification of the areas that formerly comprised the <br /> <br />Bayshore Municipal Utility District. Subsequent to such public hearing, the City <br />Council of the City of La Porte reviewed the preliminary report of <br />the City of La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission, and all of the <br />evidence presented before it, and the City Council of the City of <br />La Porte hereby accepts the recommendation of the City of La Porte <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, and the zoning classifications of <br />the areas that formerly comprised the Bayshore Municipal Utility <br />District, now situated within the corporate limits of the City of <br />La Porte, are hereby changed, and the zoning classifications of <br />said parcels of land shall hereafter be as set forth on the zoning <br />map attached hereto as Exhibit "F", incorporated by reference <br />herein and made a part hereof for all purposes. The legal <br />description of said parcels of land are more particularly described <br />by metes and bounds on Exhibit "G", attached hereto and fully <br />incorporated by reference herein. <br />Section 7.
