<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />.',' ~. <br />..... ; <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HARRIS <br />CITY OF LA PORTE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />In accordance with the provisions of Ordinance 1501, the City <br />of La Porte Zoning Ordinance, notice is hereby given that the La <br />Porte Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing <br />at 7:00 P.M. on the 27th day of April~ 1989, in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, <br />Texas. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider assignment <br />of permanent zoning classifications to the newly annexed areas <br />which formerly comprised the Bayshore Municipal Utility District. <br />A regular meeting will be held following the public hearing <br />for the purpose of acting upon the public hearing item by <br />considering a recommendation to the La Porte City Council and to <br />conduct other matters pertaining to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Maps showing the proposed zoning will be available for public <br />viewing at the City Hall of the City of La Porte, on week days <br />beginning April 17, 1989, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and <br />5:00 P.M. <br />Citizens wishing to address the Commission pro or con during <br />the Public Hearing will be required to sign in before the meeting <br />is convened. <br /> <br />CITY OF LA PORTE <br /> <br />Cherie Black <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
