For additional discussion on N.C. <br />zoning and Commercial land use, please refer to the Area II section of <br />this report. <br /> <br />AREA IV <br />(See Exhibit E) <br /> <br />There are two single family subdivisions, a townhome complex, one <br />small office building and a tr'act of primarily undeveloped acreage <br />located wi ttd.n Area IV. This area j,s located south of the Ci ty of <br />Shoreacres and is completely seperated from the rest of the former <br />BayHUD ar'ea. <br /> <br />Street & Thoroughfar~ <br /> <br />The western section of Area IV is acessed from South Broadway <br /> <br />(secondary arterj.al) which dead ends at the Port of Houston's Bayport <br /> <br />Turning Basin. The eastern section of this area can only be accessed <br /> <br />through the City of Shoreacres. Maps presently in the City's <br /> <br />possession indicate a proposed extension of Bay Colony Drive eastward <br /> <br />across Boggy Bayou to connect with North Avenue and South Broadway. <br /> <br />No plans have yet been made to extend this street.
