(Not applicable to <br />this request). <br /> <br />The provisions of section 10-200, <br />procedures of this Ordinance <br />satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Conditional Use <br />are considered <br /> <br />10. The development is in conformance with the comprehensive <br />. plan. <br /> <br />Due to the fact that this will be a single owner, single use <br />development, item one is not applicable to this request. <br /> <br />Item two deals with interior (traffic) circulation patterns <br />and the impact [of the development] on the traffic flow patterns <br />of surrounding rights-of-way. Interior circulation does not appear <br />to pose a problem. The development will however, have considerable <br />impact on surrounding traffic flow patterns. <br />
