The applicant has submitted a proposed <br />schedule of construction. (If the <br />construction of the proposed Planned Unit <br />Development is to be in stages, then the <br />components contained in each stage must <br />be clearly delineated.) In addition, the <br />Developer or Subdivider must submit a <br />General Plan in accordance with the <br />requirements of the City of La Porte <br />Development Ordinance. Said General <br />Plan has been submitted rior to the <br />submission of a Development Site Plan or <br />Preliminary Plat, as the case may be.
