The developer should provide adequate <br />information so the Commission and staff can address any remaiting <br />issues. <br />a) Is the reserve still a combination fishing pond and on-site <br />detention area? <br />b) Is a small park area for children still located within this <br />reserve? <br />c) The new pond design (depth, maintenance, ownership, etc.) <br />has not been provided. <br />d). Fencing needs to be addressed. <br />3) Water, sewer and stormwater need to be relocated prior to the <br />submittal of the amended general plan. These new locations will <br />also need to be shown on the Phase I and II preliminary plats. <br />a) For maintenance reasons, the layout of the sanitary sewer <br />needs to be adjusted so that all lines are in the street right-of- <br />way whenever possible. Back lot sewer facilities are not <br />desirable.
