• <br />• <br />Council, after hearing, so that permanent zoning may be considered <br />simultaneously and in conjunction with the annexation proceedings. <br />3) Issuance of Building Permits in Annexed Areas <br />In an area temporarily classified as R-1 Low Density Residential, a building permit <br />may be issued for the construction of structures or uses permitted by low density <br />residential district regulations, however, other structures or uses, are not permitted <br />unless application for such structures or use is made to the City Planning and <br />Zoning Commission for consideration and recommendation to the City Council. <br />Section 106-270 Termination of Liquor Sale Establishments Bars Lounges and <br />Taverns in Residential or Neighborhood Commercial Districts. <br />All liquor sale establishments, bars, lounges and taverns in operation in Residential <br />Districts or Neighborhood Commercial Districts, as of the effective date of this Zoning <br />Ordinance, shall not have anon-conforming use status as of that date with respect to the <br />use of the land or structure as a liquor sale establishment, bar, lounge or tavern. Such <br />use shall be terminated on the date of expiration, revocation or termination of such <br />establishment's valid State alcoholic beverage license or permit in existence on the <br />effective date of this Zoning Ordinance, provided that such termination date shall not be <br />extended by any renewal or extension of such license or permit if such renewal or <br />extension is issued on or after the effective date of this Zoning Ordinance. <br />Sections 106-271 -106-300.
