The Planned Unit <br />Development is further defined by a Development Agreement between <br />the Owner/Agent listed above and the City of La Porte. <br />This Special Conditional Use Permit and the General Plan are Exhibits to <br />and a part of the Development Agreement. <br />Legal Description: acres of land out of the George B.
