Access at Reasonable Hours. Common Areas ~nd Common Facilities. To the extent that the Association <br />has funds available to do so, the Board of Directors and the Association agree to and have the <br />authority to maintain: ') <br /> <br />. (a) comprehensive general liability and public liability insurance in reasonable amounts, <br />as the Board of Directors in good faith determines (but in not event with policy limits of less than <br />$1,000,000.00), covering each Asso~iation Member, Officer, Director, and agent, ifany"against <br />liability for any negligent act of commission or omission attributable to them which occurs in <br />co~ection with any activities undertaken by them hereunder; <br />) <br />(b) In addition, the Board of Directors shall have''!he'right to obtain fire and malicious <br />mischief endorsements, insuring the facilities on the Common Areas, in an amount equal to their , <br />full replacement values; , . <br /> <br />(c) Workmen's Compensation Insurance; and <br /> <br />(d) ,Directors' and'Of.licer's liability insurance, fidelity'insurance and other insurance it ' <br />may deem proper to protect the Association, its members and its property. All insurance , <br />premiums for such coverage shall be paid for by the Association and assessed as appropriate to all <br />Own~rs, which assessments shall be secured by the liens created or reserved in Article V of this <br />Declaration. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VIII <br />USE OF PROPERTY <br /> <br />Section 1.
