Abstract 30, W.P.Harris. La Porte, Texas. <br />Zoning: High_Densitv.Residential (R-3) <br />Use: Family Facility/Senior's Assisted Living <br />Permit Conditions: <br />1. Landscaping and /or screening shall be required. <br />2. Landscaping shall be. properly maintained by the. owner/developer. <br />3. The applicant will pay the public hearing costs of $00.00. <br />4.
