Incorporate pedestriaNbicyde trails along the linear detentioNpark areas, with entry and <br />exit to the subdivision, in at least 4-5 locations along its length. <br />4. Note that pedestrian/bicyde trails will be primarily for the use of the subdivisionowners and <br />shall be maintained by the homeowner's association. <br />5. Create winding pedestrian/bicyde trails with trees situated to add shade and landscaping to <br />trails, both along the linear park area as well as SH 146. <br />6. Provide a pedestriaNbicyde cpt:through from SH 146 to Little Cedar Park along the north <br />perimeter of the subdivision, with a connection to the east side pedestriaNbicyde trail. <br />7.
