At this time, preliminary <br />plat for Fairmont Park East Business Park is recommended for approval with <br />the following conditions: <br />• Address & resolve the above issues and it should be reflected on the plat. <br />• Submit a fmal plat along with all applicable documents. <br />• Submit construction drawings showing water, sanitary sewer, and storm <br />water management. <br />• Provide covenants, conditions or restriction for the proposed business <br />park. <br />• Secure a joint driveway to the rear of all properties that exit on <br />Farrington Blvd. utilizing Dollar General's access drive. <br />
