Facility lighting shall be arranged as to reflect the light away from the <br />adjacent properties. <br />. Ensure that maximum lot coverage does not exceed 40%. <br />. This permit does not become valid until a Development Site Plan is <br />submitted to the City; reviewed and approved in accordance with the <br />requirements of the Development Ordinance. <br />. The Developer shall comply with all other applicable laws and <br />ordinances of the City of La Porte and the State of Texas. <br /> <br />Options available to the Commission are: <br /> <br />.
