It is staff s opinion <br />that the recommendations allow for reasonable development of the trucking facilities <br />while introducing stipulations that provide compatibility with adjacent properties. <br />The development and review of the City's Comprehensive Plan has demonstrated <br />that beautification efforts and the City's overall image are important factors that <br />must be addressed immediately. <br /> <br />Actions available to the Commission are as follows: <br /> <br />. Recommend to Council, approval of the above amendments pertaining to the <br />trucking terminals and truck routes. <br />. Recommend to Council, approval of a revised version of the above stated. <br />. Recommend to Council, denial of the proposed amendments. <br />. Table this item for further consideration by the Commission. <br />
