Staff recommends approval of the Plats. The following items <br />need to be addressed prior to the recordation of the Plats: <br /> <br />. All improvements and/or modifications are complete at site. <br /> <br />. Submit updated Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) for the <br />subdivisions including fencing standards, trash/garbage collection <br />system, and other maintenance to be approved by the City. <br /> <br />. Show details of entry gate, e.g. swing or slide gate, installation of <br />access/push button and location etc. Once functional, forward <br />information to the EMS, Fire, and Police Departments. <br /> <br />. All signatures required on the plats shall be obtained prior to formal <br />recordation with Harris County. <br /> <br />Options available to the Commission are as follows: <br /> <br />. Approval of the Plats withholding signature and recordation until the <br />noted items have been addressed; the owner/developer is not authorized <br />to begin construction of subdivision improvements or modifications. <br /> <br />. Disapproval of the Plats and supporting documents as filed. lIDs will <br />require the developer to file new Plats with the required documents. <br />
