<br />14. BUYER AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS AND
<br />UNCONDITIONALLY INDEMNIFY AGAINST AND PAY ON
<br />BEHALF OF HARRIS COUNTY ANY AND ALL FINES,
<br />PENALTIES, LIABILITY, COSTS, EXPENSES (INCLUDING
<br />ATTORNEYS FEES), CLAIMS AND DAMAGES WHICH
<br />BARRIS COUNTY MAY AT ANY TIME SUFFER OR SUSTAIN
<br />OR BECOME LIABLE FOR BY REASON OF THE PROPERTY,
<br />ITS PRIOR OPERATION, HARRIS COUNTY'S COMPLIANCE
<br />WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY WITH APPLICABLE
<br />CODES, LAWS, REGULATIONS, STATUTES, ORDINANCES,
<br />COVENANTS, CONDITIONS OR RESTRICTIONS OR ITS
<br />CONDITION, WHETHER SUCH CONDITION EXISTED PRIOR
<br />TO OR AFTER THE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING
<br />BUT NOT LIMITED TO SUCH FINES, PENALTIES, LIABILITY,
<br />COST, EXPENSES, CLAIMS AND DAMAGES ATTRffiUTABLE
<br />TO ANY NEGLIGENT ACT OR OMISSION OF HARRIS
<br />COUNTY, ITS OFFICIALS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES.

<br />15. HARRIS COUNTY IS SELLING THE PROPERTY IN "AS
<br />IS" CONDITION WITH ALL FAULTS, WITHOUT
<br />REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND OR
<br />NATURE, EXCEPT SPECIAL WARRANTY OF TITLE. BUYER
<br />ACKNOWLEDGES THAT BEFORE SIGNING THIS
<br />AGREEMENT IT HAS HAD A REASONABLE OPPORTUNITY
<br />TO INSPECT AND INVESTIGATE THE PROPERTY, EITHER
<br />INDEPENDENTLY OR THROUGH AGENTS OF BUYER'S
<br />CHOOSING. BUYER DOES NOT RELY ON HARRIS COUNTY,
<br />OR ITS AGENTS AS TO ANY REPRESENTATION,
<br />DISCLOSURE OR STATEMENT MADE IN CONNECTION
<br />WITH THE PROPERTY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
<br />(I) THE QUALITY, NATURE, ADEQUACY, AND PHYSICAL
<br />CONDITION OF SOILS AND GEOLOGY AND THE EXISTENCE
<br />OF GROUND WATER, (II) THE EXISTENCE, QUALITY,
<br />NATURE, ADEQUACY, AVAILABILITY, ACCESSIBILITY,
<br />CAPACITY, AND PHYSICAL CONDITION OF UTILITIES
<br />SERVING THE PROPERTY, (III) THE DEVELOPMENT
<br />POTENTIAL OF THE PROPERTY, ITS HABITABILITY,
<br />ACCESSIBILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS,
<br />SUITABILITY, DRAINAGE, OR ADEQUACY OF THE
<br />PROPERTY FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, (IV) THE
<br />ZONING, PLATTING APPROVAL, OR LEGAL STATUS OF THE
<br />PROPERTY, (V) THE PROPERTY'S OR ITS OPERATIONS'
<br />COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE CODES, LAWS,aREGULATIONS, STATUTES, ORDINANCES, COVENANTS,
