The City of La Porte is accepting the
Spenwick Place M.U.D. Sewage for treatment, under contract, and are furnishing the
District with potable water on an emergency basis.
We are in complete agreement with the regional concept of wastewater collection and
treatment, and are trying to comply with this concept in transporting our sewage to
Spenwick Place M.U.D.
If, in fact, the City of La Porte does not have adequate capactiy to handle the
sewage flow from this project, we would then revert to a treatment plant under the
permit issued, on a temporary basis, until such time as the City of La Porte could
construct adequate facilities to handle the sewage flow from this project.
