There are six (6) registered non-conforming <br />mobile home pa rks in the ne\.;ly 2nn e x ed Ba yl1UD a re a. These homes may remain in place and used indefinitely <br />until it is removed, damaged or destroyed. If it is removed it can~ot <br />be replaced. If it is da!:1aged more than 50% of the structure v21ue <br />and not approvecj for rebuilding by the Board of Adjustment, it could <br />not be repaired.. . <br /> <br />There cu'rrently are two (2) mobile~-home.s in the BayMUD area that fall <br />into the latter caie~ories ~f 'improper placement and damaged' more than <br />50;::;.
