• <br />• <br />1 106-659 (b) (8) — Dwelling Unit Requirements <br />The dwelling unit will meet all requirements set forth in city, county, and state codes. <br />106-659 (b) (9)—106-216 through 106-218 <br />Owner believes these provisions to be satisfactorily met. To be determined by <br />committee. <br />106-659 (b) (10) — Comprehensive Plan <br />Owner is aware of the City of La Porte's comprehensive plan for the area -only through <br />unofficial conversation, but believes that the proposed subject property will only be a <br />beneficial addition to that plan. Owner is excited and confident that the City of La Porte <br />has the same interests in seeing the surrounding areas develop into an attractive <br />community while maintaining the areas natural beauty. Owner is committed to this plan <br />to the extent of purchasing and developing surrounding property and making the subject <br />property his permanent home. <br />
