<br />VdHEREAS, the City Council filed such proposed Budget with the
<br />Clerk of the City on the ~3th day of August, A.I?. 1938, and .designated
<br />tl-,at a public hearing on such Budget be held at the City Mall at ~?;00
<br />P.1'. on September 12,193£: a~xd caused public notice of such hearixig to be
<br />made and;
<br />WfiEREAS, such public hearing has been held-, it: is therefore or-
<br />dered by the Council that the 1'udget, as px•eparec? and submitted by the
