<br />Motion by Ald. Agee,second by Ald. Ruff, that the amount of X62.81 on the
<br />prsncipal and~19.88interest be paid on Norris Bros. Anticipating ~~arrant of~662.81
<br />and the balance of X600.00 be renwwed, on I~TOV. 11.4.th,1936 for a period of
<br />90 days. Payment to be made from the Delinquent Tax Fund. Carried.
<br />'. Letter®- Water Supply, Fire Hose
<br />A letter from the Eureka Fire Hose Co. thanking the City for the recent order
<br />i for Fire Hose, was read and placed on file.
<br />' A letter to the N.ayor from the State Health Department listing eleven suggest-
<br />ions for improving sanitary conditions •relative to the City's water supply, was
<br />read and placed on file. The dater Com. was charged with the carrying out of
<br />' these suggestions and reported that some of them had already been complied with.

<br />Motion by Ald. Agee, second by Ald. Roark, that the City ea~plp3aees be allowed
<br />two cents per mile for the use of their own cars in emergencies. Carried

<br />Cancell old warrant
<br />Motion by Ald. Agee, second by Ald. Ruff that the City Secretary be given au-
<br />thority to cancell City Warrant ~ 9756,dat~d~ L~~,r:16•,.T~3j.,oii,Delinquent Tax Fund
<br />~ f8r~0.11~. and made in favmr of the Bayshore Realty Co. since the warrant had been
<br />outstanding for a period of 20 month~d had not been cahhed. Carried.

<br />of fifty cents(50¢) for setting the saddlo on the E.P. Sullivan sewer connection
