3 BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of the east line of the South 16th Street Right -of -Way and the north line of West "E" Street Right -of -Way, said point being the southwest corner of Block 796, La Porte; THENCE in a southerly direction, along the east right- of-way line of South 16th Street, a distance of 60 feet to a point at the northwest corner of Block 825, La Porte; THENCE in an easterly direction, along the South line of the West "E..
