ANIMAL SHELTER ADVISORY MEETING <br />Notice is hereby given of a regular meeting to be held on June 5, 2012 at 6:00 p.m., at <br />the La Porte Police Department in the Administration Conference Room, 3001 N. 23rd, <br />La Porte, Texas, regarding the items according to the agenda listed below: <br />1. Call to Order. <br />2. Approve Minutes from October 6, 2011. <br />3. Update on Animal Shelter Donation Account. <br />4. Presentation of Administrative/Statistical Reports by Animal Control Officer <br />Supervisor. <br />5. Discuss status of new Animal Shelter. <br />6. Committee Comments <br />a. Matters appearing on the agenda <br />b. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy <br />7. Set future meeting dates and time. <br />8. Adjournment. <br />There may be a quorum of City Councilmembers present at this meeting and may <br />participate in discussion at this meeting; however, they will not vote on matters. In <br />compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of La Porte will provide for <br />reasonable accommodations for persons attending public meetings.
