Meeting Minutes of the City of La Porte <br />Chapter 172 Employee Retiree Insurance and Benefits Board <br />Held on July 11, 2012 <br />1. Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 3:15 pm by Katherine Anderson <br />Members Present: Matt Daeumer, Aaron Corrales, Katherine Anderson, Clark Askins, <br />Martha Gillett, Michael Dolby, Charles Montgomery (Alt #1) <br />Members Absent: Juliane Graham <br />2. Consider approval of minutes from May 15, 2012 meeting <br />Matt made a motion to approve the minutes as presented; Charles seconded the <br />motion, the motion passed. <br />3. Report from McGriff, Seibels and Williams <br />The materials were discussed and the members of the Board requested additional <br />variations on the options to be discussed at a meeting on July 24, 2012. <br />4. Administrative Reports <br />The members of the Board agreed that Katherine Anderson should give a <br />presentation to the City Council on where the Board is in the review process and the <br />next steps to be taken. The next City Council meeting is on July 23, 2012. <br />5. Board Comments — Matters appearing on the agenda; Recognition of community <br />members, city employees, and upcoming events; Inquiry of staff regarding specific <br />factual information or existing policy <br />6. Adjournment <br />There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 5:10 pm <br />by Katherine Anderson. <br />Approved and passed this day <br />Katherine Anderson, HR Manager <br />
