%i A 4,600 square foot portion of the alley in Block 26, La Porte, being generally illustrated on Exhibit "A" incorporated by reference herein, and further described by metes & bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point at the northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 26, La Porte, said point also being located on the west line of the 16 foot alley in Block 26, La Porte; THENCE in an easterly direction, across said 16 foot alley to a point at the northwest corner of Lot 28, La Porte, said point also being located on the east line of said 16 foot alley; THENCE in a southerly direction, along the east line of the 16 foot alley in Block 26, La Porte, a distance of 300 feet to a point at the southwest corner of Lot 17, Block 26, La Porte, said point also being located on the north line of the West "B" Street Right -of -Way (80' wide) ; THENCE in a westerly direction, across the south line of the 16 alley in Block 26, La Porte said line also being the north right-of-way line of the West "B" Street Right -of -Way (80' wide), a distance of 16 feet to a point at the southeast corner of Lot 16, Block 26, La Porte; THENCE in a northerly direction, along the west right- of-way line of the 16 foot alley in Block 26, La Porte, a distance of 300 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 26, La Porte, and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract.
