THENCE, easterly along the north line of said territory described by Houston Ordinance No. 65-1555 B- <br />R and its easterly extension, parallel to and 3,410 feet more or less south, of the north line of the <br />George McKinstry Survey, A-47, and the south line of the W.M. Jones Survey, A-482 and the Richard <br />Pearsall 1/3 League, A-625 to its intersection with the east line of the Bay Area Boulevard right-of- <br />way; <br />THENCE, southerly along the east line of Bay Area Boulevard to its intersection with a point 10 feet <br />north of and parallel to the northwest corner of Tract 10A-2, Bayport, Section 1, U/R, a 30.984 acre <br />tract being further identified by Harris County Appraisal District Tax Number 100-515-000-0612; <br />THENCE, northeasterly along a line 10 feet north of and parallel to the north line of the above <br />described Tract 10A-2, Bayport, Section 1 U/R, to its intersection with the west line of the Southern <br />Pacific Railroad; <br />THENCE, northerly along the west line of the Southern Pacific Railroad to its intersection with the <br />south right-of-way of Fairmont Parkway (250 feet wide) and the POINT OF BEGINNING, it being the <br />intention of the City Council of the City of La Porte to include in Bayport Industrial District No. 1, every <br />portion of the City extraterritorial jurisdiction areas south of Fairmont Parkway and west of the <br />Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way, except those areas hereinafter SAVED and EXCEPTED. <br />Provided, however, there shall be SAVED and EXCEPTED from the territory deemed Bayport Industrial <br />District No. 1, the following described property, to wit: <br />1. A 100' wide strip south of and parallel to the south right-of-way line of Fairmont Parkway; <br />2. A 180' wide strip west of and parallel to the west right-of-way line of the Southern Pacific <br />Railroad. Said 180' wide strip extending from the south right-of-way line of Fairmont Parkway <br />southerly to the north line of a City of Pasadena 10 foot wide strip located north of and <br />parallel to the south line of Tracts 1OA-1 and 1013-2, Bayport Section 1, U/R, being further <br />identified by Harris County Appraisal District Tax Number 100-515-000-0499; <br />3. A 170' wide strip north of and parallel to the south line of the W.M. Jones Survey, A-482, and <br />the Richard Pearsall 1/3 League, A-625, from the west right-of-way line of the Southern Pacific <br />Railroad for a distance of approximately 6,328 feet to a point in the west line of a 120 foot <br />Centerpoint Energy right-of-way, as recorded in Vol. 7146, Pg. 375, Harris County Deed <br />Records. Thence, a 100 foot wide strip north of and parallel to the south line of the W.M. <br />Jones Survey, A-482, and bounded on the east by the west line of the said Houston Light and <br />Power 120 foot right-of-way and bounded on the west by the east line of the 200 foot wide <br />Harris County Flood Control District right-of-way for Willow Spring Gully (B-112-00-00); <br />4. Any property which has previously been annexed and is now part of and within the corporate <br />limits of the City of La Porte <br />S. Any property included in the description of the Bayport Industrial District which is owned by <br />Centerpoint Energy. <br />
