Ruff; with the <br />- following Aldermen and City Officials present: Ald: J. N. <br /> Johnson, J. H. Kerber, C. F. Norris, City Atty. Kiibler, and <br /> Asst..Secretary Christensen. <br /> Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. <br />Proposal for It~x. R. G. Willa and Mr. DuQu~t, representing the J. R. Phillips <br />financing Investment Co., appeared before the Council and presented a <br /> proposal for financing X10,000.00 to X18,000.00 te.x bonds to <br /> finance certain improvements within the City of La Porte. <br />l.::crept Motion by Johnson, second by Norris, that the City aocept the <br />propossl proposal of the J. R. Phillips Investment Co., as presented to <br />- tkie City Council, a copy of which pFOposal is attached hereto <br /> and becomes a part of these minutes, and that the Mayor and <br />` City Secretary be authorized to sign said proposal for the City. <br />- Carried. <br />Bills Motion by Johnson, second by Kerber, that the following <br /> schedule of bills in the amount of ~3b4.10 be alloyed and <br />- • ordered paid ~ <br /> <br />.
