2 BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said 1.4261 acre tract (being further described as Tracts 1 through B, and 25 through 32, Block 119, and abandoned alley of Block 119, and the adjacent abandoned portion of the South 1P Street Right -of -Way, Town of La Porte) THENCE in a westerly direction a distance of 326 feet along the north line of said 1.4261 acre tract to a point for corner at the northwest corner of said 1.4261 acre tract, said point being the southwest corner of the herein described 26,080 square foot tract; THENCE in a northerly direction a distance of 80 feet to a point at the southwest corner of Reserve "B", Amending Plat of Block 2, Town of La Porte; THENCE in an easterly direction a distance of 326 feet, along the south line of Reserve "B", Amending Plat of Block 2, Town of La Porte, to its intersection with the west right-of-way of State Highway 146 South; THENCE in a southerly direction along the projected west right-of-way of State Highway 146 South to the northeast corner of said 1.4261 acre tract, same being the POINT of BEGINNING of the herein described 0.5987 Acre Tract. Section 2. The City of La Porte hereby retains for itself, its successors and assigns, and its franchised public utilities, an eighty (80) foot wide Public Utility and Drainage easement within the entire area of the above-described eighty (80) foot right-of-way to be closed by this ordinance. Section 3. The City Council officially finds, determines, recites, and declares that a sufficient written notice of the date, hour, place, and subject of this meeting of the City Council was posted at a place convenient to the public at the City Hall of the City for the time required by law preceding this meeting, as required by the Open Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code; and that this meeting has been open to the public as required by law at all times during which this ordinance and the subject matter thereof has been discussed,
