Texas League •f Municipalities, dated November 21, 19laL~, concerning <br />the business mooting in Houston, December 1~th & 5th, be placed <br />on file. <br />Carried <br />C. H. Kelly Motion by Smith, second by Norris, that Mayor Ruff contact <br />~~~ater well C. H.
