2 <br />BEGINNING at a point located on the south line of the West "D" Street <br />Right -of -Way (80' wide) and the east line of the South 16`h Street Right -of -Way <br />(60' wide); <br />THENCE in an easterly direction, a distance of 592 feet along the south <br />line of the West "D" Street Right -of -Way (80' wide) to a point for corner on the <br />west line of the South 14th Street Right -of -Way (60' wide); <br />THENCE in a northerly direction along the projected west line of the <br />South 14" Street Right -of -Way (60' wide), a distance of 20 feet to a point for <br />corner; <br />THENCE in an westerly direction, along a line twenty (20') feet north of <br />and parallel to the south line of the West "D" Street Right -of -Way (80' wide), a <br />distance of 592', to its intersection with the projected east line of the South 16" <br />Street Right -of -Way (60' wide); <br />THENCE in a southerly direction along the projected east line of the South <br />16°M1 Street Right -of -Way (60' wide), a distance of 20' to a point on the south line <br />of the West "D" Street Right -of -Way (80' wide), said point being the POINT of <br />BEGINNING of the herein described 0.2718 acre tract. <br />Section 2. The City Council officially finds, determines, recites, and declares that a sufficient <br />written notice of the date, hour, place, and subject of this meeting of the City Council was <br />posted at a place convenient to the public at the City Hall of the City for the time required by <br />law preceding this meeting, as required by the Open Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Texas <br />Government Code; and that this meeting has been open to the public as required by law at all <br />times during which this ordinance and the subject matter thereof has been discussed, <br />considered, and formally acted upon. The City Council further ratifies, approves, and confirms <br />such written notice and the contents and posting thereof. <br />
