Board of the La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical <br />Services District <br />Notice is hereby given of a Meeting of the Board of the La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and <br />Emergency Medical Services District to be held Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 6:00 p.m., at the Fire <br />Administration Building, 125 South 3`d St, La Porte, Texas, for the purpose of considering the <br />following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. The Board of the La Porte Fire <br />Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District reserves the right to meet in a <br />closed session on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to <br />authorization by Title 5, Chapter 561, of the Texas Government Code. <br />1. Call to Order <br />2. Approve minutes of La Porte Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services <br />Board of Directors meeting, held on February 21, 2013. <br />3. Receive prospective budget for the fiscal year which begins October 1, 2013. <br />a) Staff presentation; <br />b) Questions by Board members <br />4. Adjournment <br />In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of La Porte will provide for reasonable <br />accommodations for persons attending public meetings. To better serve attendees, requests should be <br />received 24 hours prior to the meeting.
