The matter of free water to <br />churches was brought out and discussed. I~11r. Kiibler was recite sted to <br />check into the legali-~y of tTv_s, and also the matter of giving wee <br />water to Boys Harbor. He trill report on this at a future meeting, <br />h2r. Bruce ~.ngel requested permission to shell a plot of ground that <br />he awns back of the Alley behind his washateria on hest I~~ain Street. <br />I~~'1'. Angel wants to use ti~is ground as a parking space. The property <br />in qz estion is bacl: of the Alley in 31ock 53, ~La Porte. After dis- <br />cussion it was agreed that to jive hi:n permission to do this vuo uld <br />encourage cars to nark in the A11ey which is parallel to the rzrrash- <br />ateria, and it is unlawful to block an Alley, which people would <br />probably do when parking there to use the washateria.
