CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Rigby called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. Members of Council present: <br />Councilmembers Engelken, Leonard, Zemanek, Kaminski, Mosteit, Martin, and Moser. Absent: <br />Councilmember Clausen. Also present were City Secretary Patrice Fogarty, City Manager Corby <br />Alexander, and Assistant City Attorney Clark Askins. <br />2. INVOCATION - The invocation was given by Philip Dunn, Lighthouse Baptist Church. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilmember Chuck <br />Engelken. <br />PRESENTATIONS, PROCLAMATIONS, and RECOGNITIONS <br />(a) Presentation — 2012 Comprehensive Annual Finance Report — Mayor Rigby <br />Mayor Rigby presented Finance Director Michael Dolby with the award for the 2012 <br />Comprehensive Annual Finance Report. <br />(b) Presentation — 2012 Popular Annual Financial Report — Mayor Rigby <br />Mayor Rigby presented Finance Director Michael Dolby with the award for the 2012 Popular Annual <br />Financial Report. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS (Limited to five minutes per person.) <br />Richard Warren 8739 Collingsdale, addressed Council regarding trucks and trailers parked in public <br />parking lots. <br />David Brady, 2405 Andrews Ct., addressed Council in opposition to the proposed truck stop in <br />La Porte. Mr. Brady suggested the City move forward with conducting a professional truck study. <br />Phillip Hoot, 927 Seabreeze, addressed Council in agreement with David Brady. <br />CONSENT AGENDA (All consent agenda items are considered routine by City Council and will be enacted <br />by one motion.
