At this time, the three most viable options for Council consideration are as follows: <br />• Award the bid, as submitted, to Follis Construction in the amount of $260,595, plus a $10,000 <br />contingency and $6,600 for concrete testing/pump house slab for a total project budget of $277,195. <br />• Award the bid, as modified, to Follis Construction in the amount of $230,595, plus a $10,000 <br />contingency and $6,600 for concrete testing/pump house slab for a total project budget of $247,195 <br />• Reject all bids and approve the purchase of a pre -fabricated building from Romtec, Inc. for $125,000 <br />installed, plus a $7,700 contingency and $6,600 in concrete testing/pump house slab for a total budget <br />of $139,300. <br />Time is of the essence at this point, given the opening of pool season on June 7, 2014.
