Lobit, addressed Council regarding the need for another grocery store in the City of La Porte. Ms. Norwine advised Council she has pictures of the empty shelves at Kroger. In addition, Ms. Norwine advised Council of homes that are in need of demolishing on Carroll St. and comments she heard during her attendance at a Citizens Advisory Committee Meeting.
