Consider approval of minutes of the September 22, 2014, meeting of the Fiscal Affairs Committee - S. Harris 3. Receive and review Fourth Quarter (FY2014) Investment Report - M. Dolby 4. Receive and review month of June, July and August (FY2014) Purchasing Card Expenditures - M. Dolby 5. Consider approval or other action regarding a recommendation to the La Porte City Council to amend the City of La Porte's Investment Policy - S. Wolny 6. Receive and review Local Bidder Preference Policy and Local Bidder Preference Application - M. Dolby 7. Set date for next meeting — M. Dolby 8. Administrative Reports — C. Alexander 9.
