4 <br />"EASEMENT TWO" - 16' WIDE WATER & SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT: <br />The entire 6,400 square foot alley in Block 330, La Porte <br />(16' wide) being generally illustrated on Exhibit "A" <br />incorporated by reference herein, and further described by <br />metes & bounds as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of the northeast <br />corner of Lot 1, Block 330, La Porte and the south line of <br />the Barbour's Cut Boulevard Right -of -Way; <br />THENCE in an easterly direction, along the south right-of- <br />way line of Barbour's Cut Boulevard, a distance of 16 feet <br />to a point at the northwest corner of Lot 32, Block 330, La <br />Porte; <br />THENCE in a southerly direction, along the west line of <br />Lots 17 through 32, Block 330, LaPorte, a distance of 400 <br />feet to a point at the southwest corner of Lot 17, Block <br />330, La Porte, said point being located on the north line <br />of the North "E" Street Right -of -Way; <br />THENCE in a westerly direction, along the north line of the <br />North "E" Street Right -of -Way a distance of 16 feet to its <br />intersection with the southeast line of Lot 16, Block 330, <br />La Porte; <br />THENCE in a northerly direction, along the east line of <br />Lots 1 through 16, Block 330, La Porte, a distance of 400 <br />feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described <br />Tract Two. <br />Section 3. The City Council officially finds, determines, recites, and <br />declares that a sufficient written notice of the date, hour, place, <br />and subject of this meeting of the City Council was posted at a place <br />convenient to the public at the City Hall of the City for the time <br />required by law preceding this meeting, as required by the Open <br />Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code; and that this <br />meeting has been open to the public as required by law at all times <br />during which this ordinance and the subject matter thereof has been <br />discussed, considered, and formally acted upon. The City Council <br />further ratifies, approves, and confirms such written notice and the <br />contents and posting thereof. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective from and after its <br />passage and approval, and it is so ordered. <br />
