Jones League, Abst 482 <br />As owners of the above referred to tract of land, we are making <br />application to your committee to re -zone this tract of land. This <br />property being on a main thoroughfare, we feel should be zoned <br />commercial in order to get the highest price and best use of the <br />property. <br />We have a proposed sale to Hayes, Hamilton and wife, Loretta T. <br />Hamilton, for "The Greenhouse" on the 4.110 acres fronting on <br />Spencer Highway, per the enclosed survey.
