(3) In case of a district boundary line dividing a property into two parts, the district boundary line
<br />shall be construed to be the property line nearest the district boundary line as shown.
<br />(4) Where boundaries are shown on unsubdivided property, the location shall be determined by use
<br />of the scale shown on the map unless dimensions are given on the map.
