R-3 High Density Residential District <br />Sec. 106-391. Purpose. <br />The R-3 high density residential district is the highest density residential district. Its principal purpose <br />is to provide a wide variety of dwelling types including single-family dwellings, multiple -family dwellings, <br />garden apartments, condominiums and townhouses. It provides the religious, recreational and <br />educational uses normally associated with residential areas. The following regulations shall apply in all R- <br />3 districts. <br />Sec. 106-392.
