Call to order. <br /> 2. Roll call of members. <br /> 3. Consider approval of meeting minutes: October 23, 2014. <br /> 4. A public hearing will be held to consider Variance Request 14-93000007, a request by <br /> Electric Guard Dog, on behalf of Apple Towing, owner of the property located at 400 E. <br /> Main Street,further described as Lots 1 through 26 and the abandoned alley, Block 195, <br /> Town of La Porte. The applicant is seeking approval of a variance to retain a 10-foot <br /> high, 12 volt battery operated, solar powered, electric security fence that produces <br /> 7,000 volts of shock contrary to the provisions of Section 106-799 of the Code of <br /> Ordinances. <br /> a.
